Have You Seen the Safety Warning Hidden Inside Your Cellphone?

Cell Phones

This is an interesting article which highlights the dangers of Cell Phones!

Story at-a-glance

  • A little-known warning from the manufacturer hidden within your cellphone manual advises you to keep the device at a certain distance from your body to ensure you don’t exceed federal safety limits for radiofrequency (RF) exposure
  • Depending on the manufacturer, you need to keep your cellphone at least 5 to 15 millimeters away from your head and body at all times to avoid exceeding the safety limit for RF exposure
  • In the real-world, most people carry their phones close to their body, usually in a pocket or bra. When popular cellphones were tested in direct contact to the body, they all exceeded the safety limit
  • SAR is a measure of how much RF energy your body will absorb from the device when held at a specific distance from your body (ranging from 5 to 15 mm, depending on the manufacturer). It’s important to realize that the SAR value is not an indication of how safe your phone is
  • SAR testing, which is modeled on a very large male head, was devised before cellphone usage became commonplace among toddlers and young children, whose skulls allow for far greater RF energy penetration

10 Dangerous Brain-Damaging Habits to Stop Immediately

Brain Damaging Habits

Worth trying to see how much healthier your life can be:

by DailyHealthPost

01 10 Dangerous Brain-Damaging Habits to Stop Immediately
On average, a human adult brain weighs about 3 pounds (1,300-1,400 g), which is roughly 2% of your total body weight (not counting excess body fat).

Your brain is responsible for almost every function in your body. This includes anything that has to do with regulating hormones, breathing, circadian rhythm, muscle control, heart beating, coordination, critical thinking, emotions and much more.

It goes without saying that the brain is one of the most energy demanding organ in your body. It’s estimated that the brain by itself eats up almost 20% of your body’s total calorie intake. And that number can vary based on age, gender, size and how much brain power you actually use throughout the day.

Since the brain is responsible for so many things, you’ll want to have it work at its optimum performance until The Big Sleep.

The following are ten common practices you may be doing that go against that goal.

Cell Phone Alert

The Dangers Of Using Your Cell Phone

I knew about the dangers of Cell phones.  However, I was not quite aware of the seriousness of the damage they can do.

Did you know that your cell phone technically microwaves your brain?  And did you know that natural substances have proven radioprotective properties that can reduce your risk of adverse exposures?

Cell phones and the communications infrastructure that makes them possible are ubiquitous today, making complete avoidance of their significant radiotoxicity next to impossible.  Plenty of evidence already exists showing that cell phones emit a type of electromagnetic radiation — in the microwave range — capable of adversely affecting a wide range of organs, with the nervous system of those exposed perhaps most sensitive to its adverse effects. Below is a sampling of some of their adverse health effects as demonstrated in the biomedical literature:

The Dangers of Heavy Cell Phone Use

Yesterday I shared an article about cancer being caused largely by cell mutations and not necessarily from unhealthy lifestyle.  Today I saw this article about the cell phone use and how dangerous this can be.  See below.

Whilst I still believe in the first theory, I have to admit that a colleague who went for radiation treatment some years ago for a benign brain tumour, reported back how many young people there were being treated for brain tumours, reportedly caused by the use of Cell Phones.  Everything in moderation is surely the safest way.

Warmly,
Adele Bantle
