How Aspartame Can Wreak Havoc on Your Health

I have shared a story before about Aspartame.  Dr. Mercola has now written another article about the sugar content in Soda drinks.  It pays to take this on board for your good health. The good news is that Soda consumption has dropped.  It is all about awareness and very often we eat or buy something without questioning the health benefits of it.

Aspartame in Dairy Products

Incredible that even our milk will soon be modified.  The FDA wants to add Asparthame to this healthy drink.  Honestly, we are destroying ourselves by leaving nothing natural in our food.  Fruit and Vegetables are produced with Fertilizers, sprayed with pesticides, our crops are genetically modified.  All so that we have good looking produce and masses of it.  Yet, often, surplus fruit, vegetable and bread are thrown out at the end of their sell-by date.  I hope people take note and get back to basics.
