Having suffered from Migraines, albeit very rarely in the past I wanted to share this post in order to help Migraine sufferers.  The cause of my Migraines was simply tiredness over a long period of time which then resulted in a Migraine, where the body just gives you clues.  It was accompanied by dizzy spells and meant that for three days I was sleeping solidly.  More severe Migraines were caused by eating chocolate followed some time later by cheese.  These Migraines were a lot more serious with extreme headaches and sickness.  I am cured, no more cheese and chocolate in the same day.

 Migraine is a disorder marked by disabling attacks of severe one-sided, throbbing headaches, and sensitivity to light and sound.  It’s often accompanied by nasal congestion, cloudy thinking, or nausea.
