Let’s Continue Running as We Age

Running has to be the cheapest way to stay fit.  Forget expensive gym memberships and get out into the fresh air.

The key is to start slowly and run and walk in intervals.  This way you build up a good pattern until you are able to run without interruption.  Running can be done if you have just half an hour to spare and being in the fresh air has the added benefit of getting clean air into your lungs.  Select parks or the countryside if at all possible.
