A Good Way To Detox

It is a good idea to detox before the winter months and give the body healthy nutrients.  Naturally we should be doing this all the time but very few of us are so determined, are we.

Here are a few ideas on how to detox the healthy and enjoyable way especially since the arrival of  the Smoothie.  It is so easy to throw a few fruits into the mixer, add a spoon of Spirulina powder and have a few of your 5-a-day fruit in one go.
