The importance of exercise cannot be overstated.  Here are helpful ideas on how to get to great fitness!

  • Weight loss is by no means the only way exercise will help you look and feel better. High-intensity interval training also boosts vigor and youthfulness by promoting the release of human growth hormone
  • Other ways in which exercise makes you look and feel younger include: improved posture, increased flexibility, improved mood, better sleep, and reduced visceral fat associated with a higher risk of chronic disease
  • Exercise will also help protect against cancer, help cancer patients recuperate faster, and diminish your risk of cancer recurrence
