The Paleo Diet

 Just read about this diet, the Paleo Diet.  Like with all diets and eating plans, it is important to weigh up what is best for your body, ultimately and how the weight comes off by following this.  As always there are pros and cons and it is up to the individual person to try out and see what suits and what is healthy in this diet.
