Exercise Benefits the Skin and Improves Your Mood

 It is well known how beneficial exercise is not only to health in general but also to skin as it allow the transport of oxygen to the organs and skin.

It changes moods and helps depression and helps many other ailments.

Last week I was astonished when I saw an aquaintance who had been depressed for so long and  whatever was suggested to help her was never accepted as any good.   I felt she wanted to stay just where she was, moaning about her ailments and enjoying her frequent stays in the hospital. 

She was lucky to have found a carer from Lithuania who took her in hand.  The change is incredible, I am still reeling with disbelief.  This lady has now lost one stone in weight because the carer cooks healthy food.  Both of them go to the Gym three times a week and her mood is that of the happy person she was before she started feeling sorry for herself.  This is proof how beneficial exercise is.
