Diet Beverages for Weight Loss

Any dieter will know that Diet Beverages are not the solution to Weight Loss.  On a serious diet you are asked to cut out drinks that contain carbon dioxide.  People are always kidding themselves about the diet drinks being effective.  The best solution is to cut out drinks that contain flavours and soda.  Teas and plain water is recommended on a serious diet.  (Terribly boring, I know), but there is no other way.

On an ayurvedic diet some years ago, no tea, coffee or any drink was allowed apart from those teas that are part of Ayurveda and of plain warm water.  It was the most boring diet on the planet but boy, the weight just dropped to the tune of a stone in three weeks.

Diet Beverages Are Not the Solution for Weight Loss
