Is Tap Water Safe?

Is Tap Water Safe?

This is a very good question.  Last week I decided that it was ridiculous to buy bottled water.  I drank tap water during the day but did not feel good, and remembered that I had felt bad before after drinking tap water.

So back to bottled water it is.  Considering the treatment that tap water undergoes, I think I'll stick with bottled water.  The fact that it is bottled in plastic concerns me for the environment though.

We need to resort to glass bottles and recycle them.  It is the only answer to this plastic mountain we are creating.

How To Help Women Cope With The Loss Of A Baby

How To Help Women Cope With The Loss Of A Baby

This post is on the delicate subject of the loss of a baby.  I debated whether to share it but it helps to understand women who go through this appalling tragedy either through Miscarriage or Stillbirth.

Interestingly medical science does not fully understand miscarriage and the more we can learn the more we can support or deal with such a tragic situation.

Understanding Miscarriage

A researcher is looking for women who are willing to share their experience of a miscarriage.  This of course could be a painful exercise in reliving the sad events, but would help other women understanding what led to this and how it could possibly be avoided.
