Mindfulness may help women get thru Menopause

Research is ongoing about the best way to get through the Menopause!

Practicing "mindfulness" could help women get through menopause.

That's according to a new study from the Mayo Clinic.

It showed women with high levels of mindfulness, which is focusing on and observing the present moment, had fewer menopausal symptoms.

Mindfulness was most helpful in reducing irritability, depression and anxiety, but it did not ease hot flashes and night sweats.
