Mediterranean Diet May Have Lasting Effects on Brain Health

It is well known that the Mediterranean Diet is healthy but the studies show that it has lasting effects on Brain Health.  It is not surprising as most of the food in warmer climates can be grown outdoors and therefore gets enough natural light and sun.   

Any such food has to be beneficial to your health in general but especially brain health.  There are so many theories now about Dementia being caused by eating and lots of other factors also play their part.  Healthy, fresh food has to be a vital part of keeping a good memory.
