Why Sweating Is Essential for Detoxifying The Body



Have you ever been told when you had the flu that you should go to bed and really sweat to rid yourself of the virus?

Well here is a study that shows that sweating helps detoxify and gets rid of dangerous chemicals in the body.   Whilst it can be unpleasant to sweat excessively, it certainly is good for your health.  Women going through the Menopause can certainly vouch for the unpleasant period of sweating.
