Four Foods To Avoid If You Suffer From Anxiety

I have recently stopped taking Soya milk in my tea.  Reading this article made me realise that, yes, I have been rather anxious lately and as well as that, my skin has not looked too good either.  Time will tell, now that I have reverted back to Lactose Free Milk.

Soya was considered the best alternative when changing to vegetarianism, it turns out that it's not so beneficial after all.
