Use Three Little Words To Reduce Your Anxiety


Here's an interesting post dealing with anxiety.  We all know that positive self-talk is the antedote to a negative outlook and we also know that when we are positive we very quickly get terribly bored in the company of moaners.


  • You can help turn your anxiety into excitement simply by saying "I am excited" out loud
  • Anxiety and excitement lead to similar physical changes in your body, so it’s not a stretch for your body to channel those negative anxious feelings into positive ones of excitement instead
  • People who said they were excited before giving a public speech gave longer speeches and were more persuasive, competent and relaxed
