New Year Fitness Action Plan

 Here is a 10 step action plan to help make 2016 a great year with good health, feeling fit and living better.  These are tips that can help you feel healthy or get fit and feel great if you have been feeling under par.

Personally, I don't make New Year's resolutions, believing they are a waste of time because come January 2nd, they usually go out of the window and fly away with the wind.

However, it does no harm to consider living healthier, getting fitter and happier in the process.
