New Study on the effect of Coffee

Having for a long time seen coffee as a guilty pleasure because it has always been decried as being harmful to your health, I am very happy to read in this article that coffee is beneficial to your health.   Naturally though, like with all things that we enjoy, moderation is the key.

There is no doubt that too much coffee can harm your health.  It can make you very nervous as the caffeine is a drug no less so beware to keep the coffee intake in reasonable proportions.
