Understanding Seasonal Affective Disorder

 Seasonal Affective Disorder is a form of depression and has been diagnosed in more than two million women in the UK alone according to an article by Rachel Argyle in the Daily Telegraph.  The article below throws some light on this condition shortened to SAD.  The changing seasons have an effect on many people especially as the darker days approach.  Awareness is often the key to understanding and dealing with this.
