Activity Could Help Keep Knees Lubricated

Activity and sports are vital to keep the joints supple.  Knowing a few people who have had knee replacements and problems with the Cartilage and synovial fluid, I know these joint problems are more widespread than we think and can affect young people as well as old.

There are many more reasons to keep active and keep moving.
