Two Meals a Day Could Be The Answer To Weight Loss

Another way to look skipping meals the healthy way.

  • From a biological standpoint it appears your body was designed for intermittent periods of fasting
  • As long as you keep your eating to a window of six to eight hours, you can choose between having breakfast and lunch, or lunch and dinner, but avoid having both breakfast and dinner
  • If you make lunch and dinner your primary meals, eat your dinner at least three hours before going to bed
