This is a great scheme to give women confidence after their treatments for cancer through Chemotherapy or Radiotherapy. Wigs are a great way to look human again after such treatments when women are often afraid to face the world and socialise because they believe that they draw attention to themselves. Confidence is undermined anyway after an illness so this is a wonderful scheme.
