Eat Slowly For Weight Loss

Eating slowly means chewing the food well so that it is easy to digest.  Too many of us are in a hurry and wolve down our food out of habit, perhaps during the lunch time break.  It is helpful to eat slowly a habit the French know a thing about.  They often take hours over their lunches and eat one course after another and I guess the obesity problem is not so acute in France as it is elsewhere.

The French have also been reluctant to allow Junk Food shops to spring up everywhere like in the rest of the world.  We cant take our cue from them.

A friend recommended the book '8 Minutes in the Morning for Maximum Weight Loss'.   Jorge Cruise, the author, recommends using Chop Sticks in order to help eat small bites and eat slowly.  This coupled with 8 Minutes of targeted exericses will guarantee Weight Loss success.  It's  worth a try!

It is also true that we enjoy our food more when we eat slowly and savour every bite.
