Worry Eater

A small ad in the Daily Mail, Monday, 30th December 2013, describing  a toy called Worry Eater caught my eye.  This toy is for children who are fretful at bedtime.  It is said to help children who are concerned and worried,  to write down their worries and stuff the piece of paper in the Worry Eater’s mouth, or tell the Worry Eater.  Described as a Monster, whom  children need never be afraid of.  A great idea and I hope it helps children ease their worries.  Telling someone or writing things down is always a good idea even if it’s only a toy or if the piece of paper goes into the fire.  After all, Teddies are also good listeners  and  little girls tell their dolls all sorts of secrets.

Feedback on this would be great as I would like to know if this toy is the answer to soothe children at bedtime.

It sells for £25 on Amazon.co.uk.
