This is a post with a difference. Keen Gardeners will welcome this and I am sure already know about the benefits of Ground Coffee and Used Tea leaves.

Having for some time used left-over Coffee for my Houseplants, which are thriving, this post shows how useful ground Coffee is as a fertiliser.  Used Tea leaves also go into the soil in my household.   Every time I have tea, I throw the left-over tea leaves onto the soil around the plants.   Over time, this has to decompose and give nutrients to the soil just like grass and leaves that get thrown onto the Compost heap in the autumn.
