Your full authentic self

Calls for authenticity at work ask for passionate people with diverse, fresh perspectives who challenge old ways of thinking. Writer Jodi-Ann Burey outlines steps toward exposing privilege and achieving true equity on the job -- and implores those in leadership positions to accept responsibility for change.

This talk was presented to a local audience at TEDxSeattle, an independent event. TED's editors chose to feature it for you.
