So it might not officially be summer until next month, but it sure feels like it! One of the most important steps in any skincare routine, especially during the warmer months, is sunscreen!

Between avoiding an uncomfortable sunburn (ouch), protecting yourself against harmful UV rays, preventing sunspots, fighting against skin cancer and preventing wrinkles, sunscreen is absolutely crucial and I can’t stress that enough (you will still manage to get a tan with sunscreen on). Remember, sunscreen is important for EVERYONE, no matter age or gender.

So grab your boyfriend, your little cousin, your best friend, your parents, your siblings, basically anyone and slather some sunscreen on them. Whether they like the mist version, the standard block version, or the SPF 100, they’ll thank you in the long run, I promise.
