Heart Attacks after Vigorous Physical Exercise

It pays to be cautious when doing vigorous physical exercise as this can lead to stroke and heart attack.  This was proven when Andrew Marr, the BBC Broadcaster, had his stroke after such intense exercise.  He is lucky to be alive.  It proves that even exercise has to be done in moderation, in fact nothing good comes of overdoing things.  Exhaustion follows which is counterproductive to any benefit to health.  As always, moderation is playing it safe!
